Level 1 - Associate Stylist

Starting Salary: $14/hour + tips
Hours: Minimum 34 hours/week
Vacation: 2 weeks unpaid vacation

As an Associate Stylist, you’ll dive into the salon experience, working alongside a talented team while sharpening your skills. You’ll get hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to start building your client base. It’s the perfect opportunity to lay the foundation for a long and successful career with us.

Level 2 - Stylist

Starting Salary: $17/hour or 37% commission + tips
Hours: Minimum 34 hours/week
Vacation: 1 week paid & 1 week unpaid vacation

You’ve built the skills, now it’s time to take your career to the next level. As a Stylist at Integrity, you’ll have more creative freedom, a steady flow of clients, and the opportunity to earn more through commissions and tips. Plus, enjoy paid time off to recharge and keep your creativity flowing.

Level 3 - Senior Stylist

Starting Salary: $20/hour or 42% commission + tips
Hours: Minimum 34 hours/week
Vacation: 2 weeks paid & 1 week unpaid vacation

As a Senior Stylist, you’re a master of your craft, and your experience shows. You’ve developed a loyal client base and are known for your exceptional skill and creativity. At this level, you’ll enjoy higher pay, more benefits, and the opportunity to mentor newer team members, passing on the knowledge and experience you’ve gained. Plus, take time off to rest and recharge—two full weeks of paid vacation are yours!
